Cycle Howell

Cycle Howell is a riding club that promotes bike riding as a way to get folks out-of-doors to enjoy good exercise, fresh air and camaraderie while touring the local neighborhoods, parks, and countryside from May through October.  This is not a competitive riding group, rather a group of individuals of various ages and abilities that come together to enjoy group cycling primarily in the Howell area.

Established Saturday morning 10-mile bike rides that take riders through many of the city parks will start and end at the Bennett Recreation Center.

Next rides will be:

September 4                     9:00am - 11:00am

October  9                         9:00am - 11:00am

Other rides that are added during the spring, summer, and early fall by club members will be sent out via email to the club membership each week. All rides are free to club members who pay the annual membership fee. Our first ride on May 8th will make a strategic stop at the Howell Police Department where the 2nd Annual Police Open House with food and fun for all will take place. Helmets are required for all participants. NOTE:  No bikes with training wheels please and no riders under 10 without parents in attendance.

Cost:  $20 annual membership fee/person or $50/annual membership fee/family to join Cycle Howell and receive a cool t-shirt with our new logo to wear each time you participate in a Cycle Howell ride. The fee also includes goodies and snacks during established rides.
