Day Camp Counselor

Looking to join the fun and creative staff of the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority? We're currently looking for day camp counselors for our 2014 Howell Recreation Summer Day Camp! Our counselors plan, organize, coordinate, and manage Summer Day Camp operations and programs and may coordinate other programs and activity for youth and community while working with the Day Camp Director, other recreation staff, and the Adult Sports/Teen Manager. Howell Area Aquatic Center Assistant Swim Coach Position

Howell Area Aquatic Center Diving Instructor Position

The Howell Area Aquatic Center is looking for a qualified diving instructor, preferably with experience in competitive diving who will work with young children to high school aged students. Marion Disc Golf Course

The Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority has opened the first 18-hole disc golf course in Livingston County.  The Marion Disc Golf Course was designed by Jim Davis from Envision Disc Golf and will be open for play year-round from dawn to dusk for free.  All holes are considered par 3 and players must provide their own discs.  Course is located at 2877 W. Coon Lake Rd. Limited disc golf equipment is available for rent from Marion Township Hall. Please call 517/546-1588 for more information.

 

MRPA Discount Tickets

We are excited to announce that the Howell Area Parks & Recreation Authority has joined forces with the Michigan Recreation & Parks Association (MRPA) to provide discount tickets to the Red Wings, The Detroit Pistons, and The Fox Theatre throughout the year!
