How to Reserve Your Spot

Use the reservation link to reserve your spot in class at least 48 hours in advance. If a minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. You will be notified by email of this cancellation.

The drop-in rate is $12/class unless otherwise stated.

Fitness Calendars

UPDATE REGARDING STREET SHOES:

Fall and winter weather brings all sorts of rain, mud, snow and salt that can damage the gymnasium floors. Street shoes are not permitted when using the courts. Please bring an extra pair of shoes to wear when using the gym space at the Oceola Community Center. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Fitness Equipment Demo

Thursday, April 25th - 11:00am & 12:00pm

Clinic Director, Megan, will be here to educate proper technique and movement on our fitness equipment. There are two time slots to choose from (11am and 12pm).

There is no charge; registration is required at the Front Desk

Tipsy Yoga (21 & Up)

Bring your favorite beverage* of choice and join Ashley for a night of yoga fun! Progress through poses and dive deeper into relaxation while enjoying your beverage. Please bring your own mat. Limited mats available.

Senior Fitness (Stretch and Strength) (Ages 50+)

Increase muscular strength, range of motion, and mobility. Light weights can be used for strength. Each exercise can be modified. Presented by Plymouth Physical Therapy.
