We are excited to announce that starting Tuesday, September 5th Room 3 will be our senior room! You are more than welcome to come hang out, have a cup of coffee, and socialize with others during the times listed below. We will have cards available to play; but let us know if you would like other items.

We hope to see you soon in our “new” senior room!

Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

50 & Beyond Walking Club

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop

Friday, May 3rd - 11:00am

The Balance Workshop is ideal for anyone who has lost their balance recently, felt unstable while walking in and out of the house, or worries about losing balance. You will learn about causes and risk factors for decreased balance, and the consequences of recurrent falls. We will assess your risk of falling and review the best practices for staying on your feet. Lunch is provided. Registration is required.

Senior Celebration

Tuesday, May 7th - 11am-2pm

This year’s Senior Celebration will take palce at six Livingston County Senior Centers during the month of May!

With the help from our local sponsors we will be providing a fun time with:

• Multiple Free Bingo Cards and Games

• Gift Cards for Bingo winners

• Raffle for gift baskets provided by the sponsors
