How to Reserve Your Spot
Use the reservation link to reserve your spot in class at least 48 hours in advance. If a minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be cancelled. You will be notified by email of this cancellation.
Beginning January 2nd 2025, our new drop in rate will be $10/class thanks to the Howell Recreation Millage.

UPDATE REGARDING STREET SHOES:
Fall and winter weather brings all sorts of rain, mud, snow and salt that can damage the gymnasium floors. Street shoes are not permitted when using the courts. Please bring an extra pair of shoes to wear when using the gym space at the Oceola Community Center. Thanks for your understanding and patience!

Spring Fling Tipsy Yoga (21+)
Friday, April 25th - 6:00pm-6:45pm
Embrace the vibrant energy of spring with our unique Tipsy Spring Yoga class! This playful session combines refreshing yoga flows with light-hearted fun, perfect for those looking to unwind and celebrate the season with a drink in hand. All levels welcome; suitable for beginners and experienced yogis. We will be doing yoga flows while incorporating drinking the beverage of your choice!
Bring your favorite beverage* of choice and join us for a fantastic series of tipsy yoga! Please bring your own mat. Limited mats available.

Empowering Teens Through Yoga (Ages 13-18)

Join us for a dynamic and engaging yoga class designed specifically for teenagers! This class aims to create a safe space where teens can explore mindfulness, improve their physical fitness, and enhance their mental well-being. This class is suitable for all levels; whether you are a beginner or have some experience. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a willingness to explore and have fun!

Family Partner Yoga
Saturday, May 3rd - 11:15am-12:00pm
Join us for a fun Family Partner Yoga class! This interactive session encourages families to bond through yoga while enhancing flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Explore a variety of partner poses that promote teamwork and communication. Learn simple breathing exercises and mindfulness practices that families can incorporate into their daily lives. Ideal for children (ages 5+) with an adult partner. We look forward to stretching, laughing, and growing together as a family!
