The Hive Youth and Teen Center

The Hive is the ultimate hangout designed specifically for middle and high school students who need a space that's all about them. It's a place where teens can gather with friends, engage in exciting activities, and express their creativity. Whether it's gaming tournaments, movie nights, leadership opportunities, cooking classes, or simply a spot to relax with friends, The Hive offers a variety of experiences tailored to their interests.

This isn't a child care program—it’s a teen-driven environment where young people have the freedom to be themselves. They can work on homework, explore new skills, and have their voices heard. The Hive provides the ideal setting for teens to learn, grow, and be recognized for their efforts and talents, all while having fun on their own terms.

Sponsorship

The Hive has many opportunities for sponsorship. If you’re interested in having your business represented at the Hive, contact Kevin Troshak via the link below.

Teen Advisory Board (TAB)

The 415 is an advisory board for students in 8th to 12th grade. It is completely run by teen-elected officials and all are welcomed to join! This is an opportunity to become involved in the planning and organizing of events happening at the Teen Center such as late nights and fundraisers. Members of the board even have the opportunity to join with other teen committees in Southeast Michigan to plan state-wide events.

If you're interested in being a part of the Advisory Board, contact Kevin Troshak via the link below.

L.E.T.S. Transportation

Hive Members can receive free transportation to The Hive courtesy of L.E.T.S. Pickup spots are at Parker Middle School and Highlander Way Middle School (if you go to Howell High School please use the Highlander Way pickup spot).
