We are excited to announce that starting Tuesday, September 5th Room 3 will be our senior room! You are more than welcome to come hang out, have a cup of coffee, and socialize with others during the times listed below. We will have cards available to play; but let us know if you would like other items.
We hope to see you soon in our “new” senior room!
Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

50 & Beyond Walking Club

Lunch and Learn- Bankers Life
Wednesday, July 10th - 11:30am
During this presentation, we will go over many topics that have been known to be confusing, or hard to navigate. This will include the ins and outs of Medicare, Social Security, Life Insurance, Long Term Care coverage, and all aspects of retirement planning. There will be an informational portion, a Q and A time, and an ability to speak to an advisor afterwards to discuss specific questions and situations. Whether you are new to or have been through this, this information will be helpful and useful, as the laws and regulations regarding these topics are always changing.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop
Friday, July 12th - 11:00am
The Foot Pain Workshop is for people suffering with foot pain who are looking to feel normal again and heal naturally without medications, injections and surgery. In our workshop you will learn about the most common causes of foot pain that can lead to pain and immobility, as well as common foot surgeries and how to avoid them. We will discuss a way to get your mobility and active life back and pick the right treatment for the cause of your pain.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop
Friday, August 2nd - 11:00am
The Pelvic Health Workshop is for anyone who is experiencing low back pain, pelvic pain, bowel and bladder concerns, and anyone who generally feels tied to the bathroom! Learn about why changes occur, causes for pain related to your pelvic health, and how to “normalize” your bladder and bowel health. This is a workshop for all genders.

This program is designed for investors 55+ who are preparing for retirement and have questions about these two hot topics, Social Security and paying for healthcare once they are retired. This is workshop style so attendees are encouraged to come with questions.
