We are excited to announce that starting Tuesday, September 5th Room 3 will be our senior room! You are more than welcome to come hang out, have a cup of coffee, and socialize with others during the times listed below. We will have cards available to play; but let us know if you would like other items.

We hope to see you soon in our “new” senior room!

Please also remember to stop at the desk and scan your membership card when you come for activities. It is vital for us to know who is in the building in case of an emergency.

Plymouth Physical Therapy Workshop

The Arthritis Workshop is for people who are starting to show signs of arthritis or live with daily arthritis pains. Whether it be in your hands, knees, back, or shoulders, there is something for everyone in this workshop. Learn about what causes arthritis, the stages of arthritis, and how to successfully live with arthritis. We will discuss how to maintain your mobility and active life and pick the right arthritis treatment for the cause of you. Please bring your own beverage.
