Adults caretakers will partner with their kiddo to experience a yoga class together. The class will be done with partner and side by side postures. This class will encourage partner bonding time all while building individual confidence. Be prepared to laugh and have fun while learning about yoga! We will talk about breath work, different postures and the benefits that yoga has to offer. Both participants will need to bring a mat/towel to class.
